What to Expect at e-Merge 2025

September 30, 2024

Year three! Time sure does fly when you’re learning about the latest construction industry trends. We’re excited to bring a new host of speakers and sessions for the third iteration of Infotech’s e-Merge conference. We’re still cooking up all the finer details of this year’s event - but here are high-level details for your perusal as we open up early registrations.

Event Details & Pricing (Hint: There is no pricing)

Launched in January 2023, Infotech e-Merge is a virtual construction technology conference designed for infrastructure industry professionals. Whether you have a role in design, estimation, bidding, project management, inspection, or asset management, there’s a session for you at e-Merge.

e-Merge 2025 is February 13, 2025 - so mark your calendars and make sure you’ve taken care of any last-minute Valentine’s Day arrangements. This virtual event will take place on Zoom from 11 am - 4 pm ET.

All you’ll need is a computer and a strong internet connection and - this is the best part - e-Merge is entirely free to attend! Spots are limited, so we do recommend taking advantage of this early registration period to secure your seat now.

Session Topics & Speakers

The full agenda for e-Merge 2025 is still under construction. When you register, you’ll receive speaker updates and the full agenda when it’s finalized. You can expect sessions to touch on the following topics:

  • GIS-powered inspection

  • Workforce development

  • Prompt payment compliance

  • AI in construction

  • Change management

  • Model as a legal deliverable

  • e-Bidding and construction management best practices

As always, there will also be sessions specifically designed for Infotech solution users - but the majority of sessions will be dedicated to trending industry topics and emerging technologies. As for speakers, you can expect a mix of internal Infotech experts and external partners. Previous keynote speakers include leaders from FHWA and Esri.

Professional Development Hours

Every session at e-Merge will be eligible for professional development hours. The process for earning a PDH certificate is simple - register, attend, and we’ll send you a certificate once we confirm your attendance. Since the event is typically ~5 hours long, attending e-Merge is a great way to knock out the bulk of the hours needed for license renewal.

Special Early Registration Offer

We have a special offer for the first five e-Merge registrants who aren’t already using Infotech solutions. Once you register, you’ll receive access to a free, 90-day trial of our integrated Bid Express (online bidding) and Appia (construction administration and inspection) solutions.

The free trial must be activated within 30 days of e-Merge 2025 - so if you register now, you have several months to decide how you’re going to use this seamless digital project delivery solution.

Use this link to pre-register now and let us know if you have any questions.
