Modernizing DOT Project Delivery via Connected Data Environments

As the official contractor for AASHTOWare Project, Infotech is collaborating with Bentley to create a data flow among Bentley products and AASHTOWare Project modules. Fifteen state Departments of Transportation are currently working on this integration with Infotech and Bentley, with the Minnesota Department of Transportation serving as the lead state agency on this effort. The integration of AASHTOWare Project and Infotech’s cloud technology with Bentley Infrastructure Cloud’s iTwin Platform to span OpenRoads, ProjectWise and SYNCHRO will improve manual construction project processes like entering construction pay item summaries into plan sheets. This collaboration will create a connected data environment that supports state agency digital delivery programs by bringing relevant data together to reduce human interaction while removing potential data errors and duplication.

Streamlining Digital Delivery from Design to Construction

To better automate quantities and cost estimation between products, Infotech is providing two-way data exchange using AASHTOWare Open API for efficient data collaboration among Bentley solutions and AASHTOWare Project.
