Amber McClave is Infotech’s Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Chief Legal Officer (CLO). An established executive with over 25 years of experience, Amber ensures Infotech operates in full compliance with regulatory frameworks, mitigating risks and safeguarding the company's interests.
Her expertise in leadership, strategic agreement negotiations, optimizing intellectual property value, and navigating legal challenges has been crucial in maintaining the company's integrity and fostering long-term partnerships - and has earned her a reputation as the organization’s most trusted advisor. As the COO leading legal and governance, IT, facilities, and advising all operational teams, Amber has been instrumental in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that have propelled the organization forward.
Amber holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Stetson University College of Law and a Masters of Sociology from the University of Florida. Prior to coming to Infotech, she served as an Associate for Roger Towers, PA specializing in Commercial Litigation.
Beyond her professional achievements, Amber is known for her commitment to Infotech’s Corporate Social Responsibility, serving on multiple boards including Water and Air Research and the Child Advocacy Center.
