It is our ultimate honor + purpose to be the better in our communities

With people at the center, we’ve built a culture of connection, individuality, creativity and fun.

Our culture is illuminated in every interaction with our customers, clients and employees.

It also drives how we treat each other as a collaborative community; it extends beyond our business and into the neighborhoods where our employees live and work. These values are at the heart of our plan for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Infotech’s CSR commitment focuses on three areas: Philanthropy & Volunteerism, Diversity & Inclusion and Environmental Sustainability. Our employees are actively involved in each initiative, getting to participate in events and opportunities that speak most to the causes closest to them.

Philanthropy & Volunteerism

Giving back is more than a responsibility; to us, it's a gift that is valuable to both the giver and receiver.
We’re committed to supporting non-profits whose missions align with our three focus areas: Innovation & Education, Health & Wellness and Humanitarianism.
We partner with an average of 30 nonprofits annually, leaning into our employees’ voices to steer our giving efforts.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging

We are committed to facilitating education, creating accountability, fostering community, and championing belonging at all levels.
We learn about, engage with, and celebrate our individual identities and experiences.
Our uniqueness is the foundation and the catalyst of our culture of inclusion.
Our investment goes beyond our people. It reaches into the communities where we live and work - so that change doesn’t stop with us.

Environmental Sustainability

We are working toward a greener future, building products and services that make key contributions in our sustainability efforts.
Our state-of-the-art headquarters was the first private company in Gainesville to be awarded LEED Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.
The money that I’ve saved in trees, I can’t even put a dollar amount on that.

Being socially responsible has been at the forefront of our actions since Infotech was founded in 1977, and our pillars - innovation, insight, integrity and inclusion - serve as the foundation for our commitment to CSR.

As we look to the future, our goal is to drive lasting change for our communities and our world.
